eGrace 10/18/18

Hey, Grace’rs,

Two big things you want to know about for this weekend!

1) Pastor Kathleen will be preaching her first sermon at Grace this weekend!  As we continue our look at dangerously good faith, she will be focusing on Jesus and the Wrong Kind of Party (Mark 2:13-17).  Families with last names starting with L-R have the food table this weekend.

2) Trunk or Treat this Saturday at Lake Pleasant Mobile Home Park Estates @6:15.  This is one of our big mission events of the year and everyone can participate.  Decorate your car and bring some candy to hand out (or…you don’t have to decorate your car!).  If you have kids, have them dress up in their costumes and join the trick or treating.  Kids can wear their costumes to worship Saturday night if they’d like!  More information coming in Alyica’s G-Mission on Friday.   There will be no Saturday night dinner this weekend due to Trunk or Treat.

If you missed either of the last two weekends, you can catch the sermons here:  Jesus and the Tree Climber.  Stories of Dangerously Good Faith.

Mastermind by Craig Groeschel
Too often we’re prisoners to our thoughts: those voices telling us to worry, that we aren’t good enough, or that we can’t ever change our behavior.  But Mastermind , a four-part series shines a light on the strongholds that hold us down and gives us the tools we need to shatter them. Through the healing power of Christ and some practical applications, we can rewire our brain to become the person God designed us to be.  Free.  A 4 week video series.  More information in the lobby on the weekend.
